- Usage data — pages viewed, watchlist tickers, alerts configured, device & browser metadata.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never store full card details on our servers.

- To operate and improve the Service (signals, alerts, AI summaries).
- To send transactional emails (price alerts, billing receipts, security notices).
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with vetted processors (hosting, payments, email delivery) under strict data-processing agreements.

The Service is hosted on globally-distributed edge infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.

We retain personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, audited and protected by multi-factor authentication.
