These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Lumen ("Lumen", "we", "us"), operator of the Lumen Markets platform available at lumens.capital ("the Service"). By creating an account, accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. No investment advice

All content on Lumen Markets — including AI scores, signals, analyses, news summaries and price data — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering or redistribution of our data feeds.
• No use of the Service to harm, defraud or mislead other users.
• No attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or paywalls.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Markets is not liable for any losses, including investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
